Wood fired · 800° · Ashtabula, Ohio
Fired hot. Kept simple.
Hand-tossed pizza, housemade salads, small plates, seasonal cocktails & a thoughtfully picked wine list. We source premium ingredients from Italy & local purveyors and make just about everything from scratch.
Every pie is fired in Sophia, our oven shipped over from Modena, Italy, fed with local oak, ash and beech.
