A wood fired pizzeria in the Historic Ashtabula Harbor.
Located on Bridge Street along Lake Erie, Nights & Weekends is a destination for locals and visitors exploring Ashtabula County, Geneva-on-the-Lake and Ohio wine country.
We’re an elevated, casual, family-friendly spot housed in a stunning late-1800s building. Experience our passion for slow food: taking the time to do things right.
Since opening in August 2021, we’ve been dedicated to freshness, simplicity and consistency. Our small plates, salads, dressings and desserts are all original recipes, made with love and in small batches from our kitchen.
Meet Sophia
The heart of the restaurant
Our wood fired oven, affectionately named Sophia, was shipped over from Modena, Italy, and built on site. We fuel her with local oak, ash and beech, cooking pizzas at 800°F.
She gives our pizzas their flavor and their perfectly crisp, blistered crust.
